The brilliant Crowded House brought their hits to the Isle of Wight Festival 2024, on Friday, performing favourites including Don't Dream It's Over and Distant Sun.

The Antipodean band, also delivered Fall at Your Feet, among other hits.

Joking with the crowd, and inspired by The Darkness who were on Main Stage before them, Neil Finn challenged bassist, Nick Seymour, to show some skin, like Justin Hawkins.

The New Zealander explained his bandmate was wearing baggy checked trousers because of a leg injury, prompting a show of leg - and his knee-support bandage.

Festival-goers enjoyed a sing-a-long to Weather With You, and dutifully cheered when Neil raised his hands.

It's "something I learned off Mick Fleetwood," joked the singer-songwriter of his crowd participation technique.

"He's the master!"

Neil, who had earlier stopped for selfies backstage, has been playing with Fleetwood Mac since 2018.

Meanwhile, there was also special mention for the array of Mountbatten sunflowers which caught the band's eyes, creating a sea of yellow in front of Main Stage.
