Isle of Wight firefighters tackle blaze at Cowes skatepark

Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service has been called to Cowes Skatepark, off Park Road.

One engine, from Cowes Fire Station, is in attendance.

Crews were alerted at 8.14pm, the fire service said.

A hose reel jet is being used to extinguish the flames.

A spokesperson said the fire was 'small' and was likely to be out shortly.
