A driver will stand trial later this year, accused of refusing to comply with a police procedure on the Isle of Wight.
Olajide Olarewaju-Moore, of The Spires, Canterbury, Kent, appeared before Isle of Wight magistrates on Tuesday, May 28.
The 28-year-old denies failure to provide a specimen for analysis, in Newport, on April 28.
He is accused of failing to comply with a police procedure after being stopped at around 1.25am.
Mr Olarewaju-Moore saw his case adjourned to August 14 at the same venue.
He was granted unconditional bail until that date.
