The managers of a popular, award-winning Isle of Wight hotel are celebrating the journey they’ve been on since taking on the business during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Jenna and Paul Massey took over Shanklin’s Brunswick Hotel in March 2020 and have gone on to win a Traveller’s Choice Award through TripAdvisor every year since.
“We are still doing the hotel up, but we have come a long way from what it was to what it is now,” said Jenna.
“We have made leaps and strides in bringing the hotel up to a more modern standard, decorating throughout, opening up to non-residents with a pool table, darts board and television for sporting events.
“Our team work incredibly hard and always go above and beyond to ensure our guests have an enjoyable stay.
“We are very proud of all of them.
“We hope to continue to grow the hotel over the coming years, showing our customers what the Isle of Wight can offer.”
The pair have a wealth of hospitality experience, having run a top-rated, award-winning fine dining business on the Island for many years.
