An engine problem has led to the cancellation of some of Red Funnel's vehicle ferries tonight (Saturday).

The route between East Cowes and Southampton is facing problems, with the 4pm and 7pm from Southampton and the 5.30pm and 8.30pm from East Cowes so far affected.
Red Funnel said the problems are due to an ongoing technical issue with the Aft Voith on Red Eagle, adding "we apologise for any inconvenience to your journey."
Red Eagle is currently alongside at Town Quay, Southampton.
Red Falcon is continuing to serve the route.
