Delays to refurbishment works mean the Isle of Wight's only HSBC bank will not be reopening today (Tuesday) as planned.
The bank, on St James' Street, Newport has been closed for 'improvement' since last month (April).
It was due to reopen at 9.30am today but this has now been pushed back until next week.
The Newport branch is the Island's last remaining HSBC following the closure of Ryde's bank last year.

The nearest HSBC bank is on Commercial Road, Portsmouth.
Customers can access some of the bank's services at the Post Office in Central Stores, Newport High Street.
A sign on the door of the Newport bank reveals the new reopening as May 20.
