A NEW Met Office weather warning for strong Isle of Wight winds has been issued – and it comes into effect earlier than the last.
The latest yellow weather warning, which is forecasting strong winds likely to bring hazardous coastal conditions and inland disruption, goes live at 9pm.
It runs until 9am tomorrow morning (Tuesday).
Forecasters say: "It’s likely some coastal routes, sea fronts and coastal communities will be affected by spray and/or large waves.

"Some delays to road, rail, air and ferry transport are likely.
"Some short-term loss of power and other services is possible."
Gusts are expected to reach 40-50 mph, and as much as 60 mph on exposed coastal spots.
Through Tuesday morning, the wind will ease and change direction, the Met Office says.
