An Isle of Wight town will unveil its Arts Trail this Easter weekend, promising an immersive and inspiring experience for all.
The Ryde Arts Trail, a collaborative effort between the Town Council and Community Murals, will launch on Saturday (March 30).
Artists will be present throughout the town, as participants discover the nine captivating artworks.
QR codes accompany each artwork, offering detailed insights into the artists and the inspiration behind their masterpieces.
The trail starts at Monkton Arts, guiding participants on a two-mile route through the heart of Ryde, ending at the seafront.
Emma and Hollie, from Community Murals, said: "It has been great to collaborate with the Town Council and various artists to create such beautiful and detailed murals across the town.
"Saturday is a fantastic opportunity to meet the artists behind the murals and delve deeper into the trail."
Physical maps will be available to pickup at select locations including Waterside Pool, The Star Coffee and Ale House and Graces Bakery, along with the integration of What Three Works, ensuring precise locations for each installation.
Alison Pearce, community development worker, said: “This project was funded by the police and crime commissioner and underscores the commitment to bring our community together through the power of creativity.
"Through collaborative efforts and inclusive projects like the Ryde Arts Trail, we aim to strengthen the vibrancy of our town.”
