A FIRE in a bedroom was dealt with by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service this afternoon (Friday).
At around 1.40pm, crews from Ryde attended a fire in a domestic property in Greenway, Binstead.
Crews used two sets of breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire in the bedroom of the property.
A ventilation fan was used to clear smoke.
The fire was out by 2.10pm, the fire service said.
