A warning for frost has been issued for the Isle of Wight with a relatively cold night in store.
The Isle of Wight Met Service has said Islanders can expect ground frost in one or two sheltered rural spots tonight (Wednesday).
There will also be fairly dense areas of mist and fog.
Temperatures are expected to fall to between 4-6°C in most areas.
In rural sport, they will be low as 2°C.
By tomorrow (Thursday), temperatures will warm back up.
The forecaster said: "It will be a generally fine day with a few sunny spells at first, although cloud gradually increasing as the day goes on. Temperature of around 10-12°C."
