Cheverton Farm shop in Godshill will be closing its doors for the last time on April 1.
The prominent shop, on the main road, was previously Godshill Organics and then Brownriggs.
The business said in a statement: "We will be relocating the butchery counter to the home farm in Shorwell opening April 10, where we will continue to have high quality Isle of Wight meat available, direct from the farm.
"It will be located in the on-farm, bespoke, dry aging butchery facility."
The shop is having a closing down sale for its final week, starting on March 26.
The butchery counter will be open during this time, offering a full range of Isle of Wight meat.
The farm shop said offers will be advertised on its social media channels.
