A recently-opened attraction on the Isle of Wight is allowing Islanders to release their stress by smashing and breaking items.
Rage Release, based at Northwood Business Park, encourages visitors to "let it all out" in a safe and controlled environment.
From TVs to toilets, visitors are invited to smash and break objects to relieve "pent up frustration".
Open to anyone aged ten or over and accessible for people with disabilities, the experience allows four people in a room at a time.
It is also bookable for larger parties.
Sarah and Josh Light, who run the business, said: "We have filled the rage room with fun and exciting objects to smash and break.
"From electrical items like TVs, computers, and sound systems alongside large copper tanks toilets, sinks and pallets of plates, cups, bowls and glasses to smash."
The business, which opened in December, is based at unit 10, Northwood Business Park, off Newport Road.
Bookings can be made through the Facebook page or you can call 07874865555.
