A shop that has been a feature of an Isle of Wight town centre for nearly 40 years has announced it is closing.
Diamond Pet Supplies, in Ryde High Street, is shutting as its owners look to retire.

With a "heavy heart", John and Debbie who have run Diamond Pet Supplies for the past seven years, say the time is right for them to call it a day.
A sign has appeared on the door of the shop, revealing the news.
It reads: "We would like to sincerely thank all our loyal customers many of whom have become friends over the years."
Diamond Pet Supplies sells pet foods and accessories and also has a website.
The shop is due to close this Easter.
Before moving to where it is now, it was previously based at 18 High Street.
Its current home was formerly The Bagel Wrap - which can now be found on Union Street.
