A young boy has been taken to hospital after an incident in Sandown on the Isle of Wight this afternoon (Sunday).
HM Coastguard and paramedics from the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service were called to Sandown earlier today.
It's understood they received reports of a fall from height, on the Shanklin to Sandown revetment.
The alarm was raised at about 3pm, HM Coastguard said.
A boy was taken by ambulance to hospital.
Coastguard teams from Bembridge and Ventnor assisted the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service.
