A former Isle of Wight train carriage has reached its next destination: a luxury glamping site in Suffolk.
Once seen on tracks on both the Island and London Underground, the 1938 tube carriage has now been converted into a holiday rental.
Equipped with a living room, bedroom and a galley-style kitchen, visitors can stay in the carriage for around £175 a night.
The far end of the carriage has even been converted into a compact bathroom complete with a sink, toilet and shower.
Based on the grounds of Apple Mount Retreat, the train is aptly named Mind The Gap and is believed to be the only private, converted London tube carriage in the world.
Before being listed on Airbnb, the carriage spent its first 50 years serving London.
Its next 20 years saw it run as an Island Line passenger train on the Isle of Wight.
The listing on Airbnb states: "While we have restored the carriage and turned it into a holiday rental, the space is still very reminiscent of a London underground tube carriage, and everything you would expect it to be - an entry cabin, which used to be the driver’s cabin, followed by an open, 17 metre long and 2.3 metre wide carriage with three seating compartments."
The carriage left the Island shortly after new trains were rolled out in 2021.
