The Isle of Wight Met Service has issued a weather warning for heavy and persistent rain, this weekend.
Island forecaster, Jamie Russell, says we should expect downpours from 1pm tomorrow (Sunday, February 25) until 10am on Monday.
He said 20mm of rainfall is likely, and some areas will see as much as 30mm falling on saturated ground, which means the water has nowhere to go.

The national Met Office has issued warnings for rain for the south, but the Isle of Wight is currently not included.
Meanwhile an Environment Agency flood alert remains in force for the upper Eastern Yar.
It says water levels are slowly falling, but remain high yet stable.
Water will be 'ponded on low lying land adjacent throughout the river valley.'
A further, potentially significant band of rain is forecast on Sunday into Monday, it says.
An update is expected by 3pm today.
