A teenager has been charged in connection with a robbery at a Central Stores on the Isle of Wight, which left a shop worker with a broken nose.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary said it was called to the Well Road, East Cowes shop at around 7.50pm on Wednesday, February 14.
Police said a member of staff at the premises challenged a shoplifter.
Following this, it’s alleged that the worker was pushed into a glass fridge door, resulting in her nose being broken.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested and subsequently charged with robbery.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, February 17.
At the hearing, he was bailed with conditions to appear at Isle of Wight Magistrates’ Court on February 28.
