ISLE of Wight police responded to a crash on a main road between Sandown and Brading yesterday evening (Saturday).

At around 7pm, officers received a report of a collision on Morton Common.

The incident involved a single vehicle – a grey Peugeot.

Minor injuries to one person were reported.

A County Press reader said they spotted the vehicle in a hedgerow off Morton common, near its junction with Greenwood Lane.
