A post on Heron's social media said: "It's official - we've got the keys to our new location in Cowes and can't wait to fire up the grills".
Led by chef Alex Kimber, Heron, Ryde describes itself as a fine dining restaurant.
It holds two AA Rosettes and has even catered at Wimbledon during the 2023 Championships.
Heron Cowes is expected to open its doors in April.
