Isle of Wight venue Quay Arts is working with Waterstones to host a Local Author Book Fair, later this month.

Designed to celebrate the Isle of Wight’s rich literary scene, the free event is being billed as a chance for readers to explore new authors, meet them and learn about the writing process.

Books will also be on sale.

Among the writers taking part are Hillard Morley, Mary Grand, Julia Courtney, Crispin Keith, Heaton Wilson, Katie Daysh, Heather Cooper, and Caroline Diamond.

The Local Author Book Fair will take place on Sunday, February 18, between 10am and 4pm, at Quay Arts in Newport.
