A 'do not approach' warning has been issued for a wanted man who could be on the Isle of Wight.

Thames Valley Police (TVP) are appealing for information to find Edward Parker.

The force said he failed to return from day release to HMP Springhill on Saturday, January 27.

He is described as around 5ft 7ins tall and of average build.

He has short brown hair, blue eyes and a scar on his left lower arm.

Police on the Island say colleagues at TVP believe he may have travelled to the Isle of Wight.
