AN ISLE of Wight man accused of assaulting his partner by barging her before punching and smashing a window, will face trial in April.
Thomas Pearce, of St John's Road, Ryde, denied assaulting a woman by beating, on September 3, when he appeared at the Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court on Friday, February 2.
The alleged assault is said to have taken place in Ryde.
The 29-year-old was given conditional bail before his trial on April 10.
