A technical issue on board an Isle of Wight ferry has seen several cross-Solent sailings cancelled today (Tuesday, January 30).
Red Funnel has confirmed its East Cowes to Southampton vehicle ferry service will operate with reduced sailings this afternoon and evening.
The ferry operator said it is working on a technical issue with the Voith propulsion on the Red Eagle car ferry.
The 4.30pm and 7.30pm crossings from Southampton and the 6pm and 9pm sailings from East Cowes have been cancelled.
A spokesperson said: "We apologise for any inconvenience to your journey."
