Two women have been arrested by police following an 'altercation' at a popular Isle of Wight pub.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary was called to The Crown, St Thomas Square, Ryde last night (Friday).
Police were alerted just before 10pm.
Officers said they received a report of an altercation.
An 18-year-old woman, from Ryde, was arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
And a 39-year-old woman from Ryde was arrested on suspicion of inflicting grievous bodily harm without intent.
Both remain in custody.
