A WOMAN from the Isle of Wight accused of breaking the terms of a child abduction warning notice, will stand trial.
Amelia Phipps, of Solent Gardens, Freshwater, denied three charges of taking a child, aged under 16 years, so as to keep him from a person having lawful control, when she appeared at the Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court.
The alleged offences are said to have happened in Freshwater, on dates between May 30 and December 1 last year.
The 19-year-old elected to have her trial at the Isle of Wight Crown Court.
She was bailed to reappear for a plea and trial preparation hearing at the higher court on February 19.
