A WOMAN who twice flouted the terms of an order made by the Isle of Wight Family Court — just four days after it was issued — learned her fate when she appeared before magistrates.
Jennette Burnham, of The Green, Shorwell, admitted twice breaching the terms of a non-molestation order (NMO), on July 24 and August 2 last year.
The 51-year-old, also known as Jennette Prince, had sent an email, which she was prohibited from doing so, on separate occasions, said Lauren Stone, prosecuting.
For Burnham, Oscar Vincent said his client was in "a fragile emotional state" when the offences were committed. The NMO has since been discharged.
She was fined £120, with £85 costs and a £48 surcharge.
