A film released over Christmas on Amazon Prime Video was filmed on the Isle of Wight.

Thieves in the Night is a suspense thriller, starring Southampton actor Tyler Winchcombe. 

It is about three thieves who break into a house after a botched heist during Christmas.

They soon realise there is a family present playing hide and seek and decide to take them hostage, while planning to spend the night.

Laying low may not be as easy as they first hoped as the biggest threat is yet to arrive. 

Although the film was shot on the Isle of Wight, the film's location remains unknown during the story, so it is only obvious to the very eagled-eyed!

The film was brought together by directors/writers Ted Dontchev and Maximilian Feurstein.
