AN ISLE of Wight man accused of stealing clothes from Sports Direct has been charged with shoplifting.
Daniel Kilshaw, of Sunset Close in Freshwater, has been charged with the theft of £286 worth of clothing items from Sports Direct in Newport.
The 42-year-old he’s been bailed with conditions to appear at the Isle of Wight Magistrates’ Court on January 12.
“Local teams are working hard to support retailers and businesses, and proactively target shoplifters across the Island,” said a spokesperson for the force.
“Please keep reporting incidents and information relating to retail crime to police, as this will help with the wider work that we are carrying out.”
