AN ISLE of Wight man is due to be sentenced for a string of offences, including harassing a woman in Ryde.
The case of Kelvin Parker, of Wintergreen Gardens, Newport, was heard before Portsmouth magistrates on December 4.
The 31-year-old admitted harassment without violence, in Ryde, on September 29.
The court heard he sent numerous text messages and made multiple calls to the victim.
Parker also admitted two counts of assault by beating – one against the same victim – in Ryde, on December 1, and a single count of criminal damage.
The court heard he damaged a wall and an iPhone belonging to the woman he previously harassed.
Parker is due to be sentenced on January 16, 2024, at the Isle of Wight Magistrates’ Court.
He was granted conditional bail.
