A Christmas fun day is being held in Sandown today (Saturday, December 16).

There will be activities and stalls all along the High Street, plus fun days in many of the local  pubs.

The event is to replace the traditional Christmas Eve fun day Sandown used to host, pre-Covid.

Enjoy festive music all up the main High Street, plus look inside the igloo for a magical storytime.

Father Christmas will be basing himself at The Castle Inn, while The Grinch will be at the Caulkheads.  Other special guests can be found at the Old Comical.

There's a window spot competition and a Christmas draw.
