A former Isle of Wight police officer turned best-selling author is offering Islanders the chance to feature in one of his new books.

Richard Haywood, who writes under the name RR Haywood, is also giving away five bundles worth £120.
 
Each bundle comprises a paperback copy of his books, Fiction Land, 'DELIO. Phase One', 'The Undead. The First Seven Days' (a compilation of the first seven books in his hugely popular The Undead series), 'The Worldship Humility (The Code)', and time-travel thriller A Town Called Discovery.

Each book will be signed by Richard.

In addition, one lucky winner will also be featured in his next The Undead book as a minor character.

Speaking to the County Press, the 47-year-old revealed how he turned his "enjoyment" of taking criminal statements, into penning fan favourite fiction books.

He has now published more than 40 books and is also hoping they will eventually make it on to film and TV screens.
