Currently let at £29,220 per annum, plus one vacant flat, a freehold investment building at Atherley Road, Shanklin, arranged as seven flats, as a mixture of one and two-bedroom units, is guided at £320,000 to £340,000. It is being sold jointly with Gully Howard.
A landmark former café, at 31 Bath Road, Cowes, is going up for auction, jointly with Scotcher & Co.
The vacant property at the junction of Bath Road, High Street and Watch House Lane, with three letting rooms on the first and second floors, has a guided freehold of £200,000-plus.
