AN ISLE of Wight man accused of driving a Volkswagen Polo, while almost five times the drug-drive level of cocaine in his bloodstream, will stand trial after questioning police procedures and readings.
Ryan Lacey, of Ashey Road, Ryde, has denied drug driving on Yaverland Road, Sandown, on July 3.
He appeared at the Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court on Friday, November 17.
The 40-year-old was bailed to reappear for a case management hearing at Southampton Magistrates' Court, on a date to be fixed in January.
A trial is expected to take place at the Isle of Wight Magistrates' Court on April 18.
