YET another yellow weather warning has been issued for rain on the Isle of Wight, with flooding likely say the Met Office.
A weather warning has been put in place to start at 9pm tomorrow (Friday) through to 3pm on Saturday (18), with frequent heavy showers expected.
The forecast follows many weeks of above average rainfall in the area.
The associated weather system should clear to the east during Saturday afternoon, with more showery conditions following.
In the warning area, 10-15mm of rain is expected, with a few places near southern coasts and over high ground seeing 20-30mm, the national forecasters add.
