There's frustration for commuters and others hoping to leave the Isle of Wight by FastCat this morning (Monday, November 13).
Wightlink has cancelled its early morning sailings on the Ryde Pier to Portsmouth route - in both directions.
Both the 6.45am and 7.45am sailings from Ryde have been cancelled, as well as the 6.15am and 7.15am from Portsmouth.
Passengers can get the car ferry instead, or wait in hope that the later sailings will leave on time - Wightlink's website "service status" is currently saying the next sailings are unaffected.
The ferry operator blamed technical problems.
Meanwhile, Hovertravel, from Ryde to Southsea, is suspended due to bad weather.
UPDATE: Wightlink says the service will resume at 8.15am from Portsmouth
