Several footpaths in Bonchurch have had to be closed due to land slippage.
The Isle of Wight Council said they had to be closed after the recent heavy rain.
The paths include the coastal path route (V66) between Bonchurch and Luccombe.
The section includes the junction of V66 and Bonchurch Shute, the path between V65b and V67 junction, the path between V65c and Leeson road, and the path between V65a and V65 junction.
An Isle of Wight Council spokesperson said: "We apologise for any inconvenience caused. We will be reviewing the areas to assess length of closures."
Devil's Chimney, in the same area, has been closed for a few months already.
