The business, based at Hale Common near Arreton, has been listed as on the market by Knightsbridge Business Sales.
Goddards, a well-established and award-winning Isle of Wight firm, has recently opened its tourist facility and restaurant.
It offers a range of traditional craft beers through an e-commerce website, on-site store and the new base at Hale Common.
The workforce is said to be 20 full-time and 13 part-time staff members, across five departments.
The premises could be utilised to host large events, such as concerts and weddings, the listing states, and it operates from a bespoke leasehold facility.
It is being offered for sale to facilitate retirement plans and a negotiable handover period will be provided for the new owner.
