The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for the Isle of Wight amid heavy rain this evening (Tuesday) into tomorrow morning (Wednesday).
The forecaster is expecting heavy rain to cause some flooding and disruption in a few places overnight.
Bus and train services are likely to be affected, the Met Office said, with spray and flooding on Island roads probably making journeys longer.
Scattered showers will become more frequent and increasingly organised into a longer spell of rain overnight, before gradually clearing eastward during tomorrow morning.
Around 15-25 mm of rain is expected fairly widely, but there is a chance that 50-60 mm could fall in a few places.
The warning comes into force at 6pm, and will continue through until 10am tomorrow.
The Environment Agency has not released any flood alerts or warnings.
