A man has been arrested on suspicion of drink driving following a crash on a rural Isle of Wight road this evening (Saturday, October 21).
Police were called earlier this evening to Combley Road on the outskirts of Havenstreet.
It is understood the crash involved a single vehicle, which ended up off the road and in a hedge.
Andy, from the Road Policing Unit, said: "It's really not worth the risk, as you can expect a minimum of a 12-month ban if found guilty at court.
"I am on all evening and will be relentlessly pursuing drink and drug drivers."
