A REVISED yellow weather warning for heavy rain has been issued for the Isle of Wight by the Met Office.
The warning is in place from 9pm today (Thursday) and throughout tomorrow (Friday) until 8pm.
The Met Office warn of heavy, persistent rain from this evening and into tomorrow, but it will ease off during the day.
Spray and flooding on roads will probably make journey times longer, with flooding of a few homes and businesses likely, the Met Office warn.
Bus and train services could well be affected, with journey times taking longer.
