A popular Isle of Wight pub is up for sale, with estate agents, Arthur Wheeler, along with its sperate three-bed accommodation.
£725,000 will bag the new owner a building that originally dates to 1621, set on a cliff and boasting views of both the English Channel and Shanklin Chine.
The Chine Inn has much potential, said a spokesperson for the estate agent, especially for those wishing to explore the development of its restaurant.
With extra accommodation on the first floor and a pub with three bar areas below, all the fixtures and fittings are included in the sale of the building on Chine Avenue in Shanklin.

There is even a well feature, which may have been used by smugglers.
Given its locality, it would be a winning combination, the agents said.
Nearby is Shanklin Old Village and Big Mede recreation area.
On the ground floor, the main bar area features a flagstone floor and a brick fireplace.
Double doors lead to a mezzanine floor and customer toilets.
There is a snug area and bar, with access to the barrel area.
A kitchen, which is not being currently used, has the expected fixtures and fittings.
Outside, there is a covered terrace and store area, which has the potential for a toilet block.
On the separate first floor accommodation, an entrance hall leads to a sitting room with views over the beach, the English Chanel and Shanklin Chine.
The private kitchen has cream shaker style units and a breakfast bar.
There is also a dining room with views and three double bedrooms.
In June, tributes were paid to The Chine Inn's landlord, Bill Dower, following his death, aged 82.
