AN ISLE of Wight man handed a suspended sentence for an attack on an emergency worker, was back in court again.
Kevin John Cassell, of St Martin's Road, Wroxall, appeared at the Isle of Wight Crown Court on Friday, October 6.
An application was made to vary his two-year community order — 200 hours' unpaid work, with rehabilitation and alcohol abstinence sessions — by the Probation Service.
The judge, Recorder Paul Garlick, requested more information and adjourned the application, bailing the 30-year-old to reappear at the same venue on October 20.
