More than 300 people made their way around the course last year, raising £16,000.
Leading the pack this year will be Kevan Taylor, from Winford, who has been treated and flown to hospital on three separate occasions.
Kevan, 38, has a rare brain condition called hydrocephalus: a condition that causes a build-up of fluid around the brain, which can cause brain damage.
Kevan said: “Without the air ambulance, I would not be here to raise my children. I would have died. We never know if or when we will need the air ambulance.
"How can you thank the people that saved your life and allowed you to continue being a father and see your children grow up. Words are not enough.”
Each participant will receive a free Dash in the Dark T-shirt to wear, a runner number and will collect a glow in the dark medal at the finish line!
Entry costs £20 for an adult and £16 for a child. You can also sign up on the night.
