Isle of Wight ferry disruption has been confirmed today (Tuesday) amid poor weather conditions on the Solent.
Hovertravel services between Ryde and Southsea have been cancelled this morning, with an update expected from the cross-Solent travel provider at 4pm.
Passengers can use their tickets to travel on the Wightlink Fast Cat service during this time.
Meanwhile, Red Funnel has cancelled Red Jet services between Cowes and Southampton due to the adverse weather forecast.
The 3.55pm, 4.45pm and 5.55pm sailings from Southampton and the 4.10pm, 5.20pm and 6.30pm crossings from Cowes have been cancelled.
Tomorrow, the operator has warned of disruption to its passenger service from 5.30am - 8am and 5.30pm and 11.30pm.
