WHEN you are out and about around the Isle of Wight this coming week, be sure to know which roadworks to avoid.
Thanks to Island Roads, we have provided a handy selection of some worth avoiding.
BRADING: High Street will shut for utility works, between its junctions with Cross Street and West Street, from 7pm on Tuesday until 6am on Thursday, or when the works have been completed.
NETTLESTONE: Bullen Road will be closed during utility works, along its entire length, from 8am on Monday until 5pm on Wednesday.
WOOTTON: Park Road will shut during vegetation works, along its entire length, between Monday and Wednesday, with an alternative route signposted locally.
SHALFLEET: Mill Road will close for carriageway repair works, along its entire length, between Wednesday and Friday, September 22, or when the works has been completed.
NITON: Kingates Lane will be shut during parapet and vegetation works, along its entire length, between Wednesday and Friday, September 22, with an alternative route signposted locally.
YARMOUTH: High Street will be closed during utility works, between its junctions with Basketts Lane and Tennyson Road, from 8am on Wednesday until 4pm on Tuesday, September 26, or when the works have been completed. There will be a temporary revocation of the one-way restriction during the works, with an alternative route signposted locally.
