Yarmouth will be bustling with eye-catching costumers and fun this afternoon (Saturday, August 12) as the town's main carnival returns.
Carnival Week in Yarmouth - the 111th of its kind - kick started last Saturday (August 5) and has been providing visitors with a whole week of carnival fun.
Today, on the final day of festivities, the main carnival parade will get underway from 4pm.
The parade starts on the Green, where judging will take place at 3.30pm - and where the awards will be handed out after.
The route will see the parade travel up River Road, St James' Street, left onto Bridge Road, past the Wightlink terminal and round past The George Hotel, onto Market Square, High Street, right onto Basketts Lane, onto Tennyson Road, left to Victoria Road through to Station Road and Mill Road, before returning to River Road towards the Green.
