A popular fish and chip shop on the Isle of Wight has announced it will close next month.
The owners of Lake Fish Bar, on Sandown Road, say the decision has been made with 'deep regret and immense sadness'.
Since last year the chip shop has been run by Chelsie Thompson and her husband, Andy.
The pair took it over after long-time owner, and Chelsie's father, Nigel Brittain, died from Covid, aged just 57 years old.

Following his death, the business shut in November 2021. It was reopened at the beginning of March 2022.
Now, after more than a year and a half at the helm, Chelsie and Andy have taken the decision to shut up shop.
They said: "It has been an incredibly difficult decision to make however, we feel like it is the correct one for our recently expanded family.
"Tina, Nigel, Andy and myself would like to thank all the staff who have helped us keep the business running but most of all we'd like to thank each and every customer who has supported us since 2000, it really has meant the world to us.
Lake Fish Bar will close for the final time next month (September).
