Earlier in the day she arrived on the Isle of Wight by helicopter, then was taken by car to the Squadron, with husband Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence.
There they met Isle of Wight Lord Lieutenant Susie Sheldon and other dignitaries.
As is tradition at Cowes Week, a 21 gun salute took place to mark the royal's arrival.
Her Royal Highness then went by boat, to a private event.
She later arrived back on a RIB, before walking along the parade to meet members of the Royal Navy.
