Isle of Wight businesses are bracing themselves for one of their busiest times of year as Cowes Week 2023 gets underway.
From pubs to butchers, visitors flocking to the seaside town will have plenty to explore.
At The Anchor Inn, one of the pubs on the high street, staff are bracing themselves for a wave of guests.
Last year's Cowes Week was front of house staff member Jenson Downer's first working at the pub.
He also said it was one of their busiest, and they're expecting more of the same this year.
As well as high street mainstays, there are also pop-up businesses making the most of the regatta.
Coffee and Cakes has pitched up at the Yacht Haven Regatta Village.
Staff are all Island-based, as is the produce which has been sourced from Richmonds Bakery, among others.
Tegan works as a dog groomer by day but helps out. It’s Demi’s first day!
For The Butcher Shop, on Cowes High Street, it has already been busy.
The butchers has provided catering for a number of clients.
Staff are also ready and waiting for visitors passing by.
Among the pop-up bars along the parade is The Ale for Sail Bar.
Ale is provided by the Island Brewery.
Owner Chris Mousley told the County Press they are ready to serve the thirsty Cowes Week sailors and visitors.
These are just a few of the businesses who are all hands on deck this Cowes Week.
Plenty more are lining the high street, parade and yacht haven, ready for customers.
