This weekend's Isle of Wight Pride event has been postponed, due to the windy weather forecast.
Organisers say the decision to put a halt to the three-day event, including the parade, has been made with a 'heavy heart'.
A Met Office and Isle of Wight Met Service weather warning for strong winds is in force for Saturday (July 15).
A statement said: "With a yellow weather warning in place we have taken this decision due to safety concerns. But never fear, Isle of Wight Pride will go ahead this year!

"We apologise for any inconvenience but safety is of paramount importance."
Working with supporters and sponsors, organisers hope to reschedule the weekend for next month.
Subject to licensing, the event is aiming to be held on August 18, 19 and 20.
